Provide additional support to your tubular structure with our Key Clamp Locking Collar, designed for use with 48.3mm outside diameter tube. This heavy-duty 48.3mm key clamp locking collar is fitted directly beneath compatible key clamp fittings to help prevent downward movement where higher loads may be encountered, making it ideal for racking, handrails, guardrails and other modular tubular structures. Locking collars are also commonly used to support fittings that are intentionally left free to move, such as gate hinges.

Manufactured from high-quality galvanised cast iron, this durable key clamp fitting provides excellent corrosion resistance for long-lasting indoor and outdoor use. By transferring load directly to the collar rather than relying solely on the fitting’s grub screw, it offers additional support in applications where increased stability is required.

Compatible with standard 48.3mm outside diameter tube, the collar is secured using an integrated socket grub screw, tightened with a standard Allen key. As part of a modular key clamp system, it can easily be added to existing installations or incorporated into new frameworks without welding.

This fitting is intended as a support collar and should be used alongside compatible key clamp fittings where additional support is required. It is not designed as a structural connector between tubes.
