Create a strong offset 90° crossover connection with our Key Clamp 90° Crossover, designed for use with 48.3mm outside diameter tube. This heavy-duty 48.3mm key clamp crossover allows two tubes to cross at right angles without joining within the fitting, making it ideal for handrails, guardrails, safety barriers and modular tubular structures where continuous tubes are required.

Manufactured from high-quality galvanised cast iron, this durable key clamp fitting provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance for reliable indoor and outdoor use. The offset design enables one tube to pass across another at 90°, creating a neat crossover connection while reducing the need to cut or interrupt continuous rails.

Compatible with standard 48.3mm outside diameter tube, the fitting is secured using integrated socket grub screws, tightened with a standard Allen key. As part of a modular key clamp system, it enables strong tubular structures to be assembled, modified and extended without the need for welding.
