Form secure angled corner joints with our Key Clamp Variable Elbow 15–60°, designed for use with 48.3mm outside diameter tube. This versatile 48.3mm key clamp elbow provides angle adjustment between 15° and 60°, making it ideal for stairways, access ramps, sloping walkways and bespoke tubular structures.

Manufactured from premium galvanised cast iron, this robust key clamp fitting offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance for demanding indoor and outdoor environments. The wider adjustment range provides greater flexibility than a standard angled elbow, allowing accurate installation on steeper gradients.

Compatible with standard 48.3mm outside diameter tube, the fitting is secured using integrated socket grub screws, tightened with a standard Allen key. As part of a modular key clamp system, it enables frameworks to be assembled without welding while allowing future alterations if required.

This fitting is best suited to medium-angle installations. For smaller adjustments, consider the 0–11° Angled Elbow, while projects requiring maximum flexibility are better suited to the 0–120° Adjustable Elbow.
