This heavy-duty 48.3mm key clamp base flange provides a stable foundation for modular handrail systems, guardrails, safety barriers and a wide range of tubular structures without the need for welding.

Manufactured from high-quality galvanised cast iron, this durable key clamp fitting offers outstanding strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The oval base incorporates multiple fixing points to provide excellent stability, making it an ideal choice for permanently securing upright posts in commercial, industrial and public environments.

Designed for use with standard 48.3mm outside diameter tube, the fitting securely clamps the tube using an integrated socket grub screw, which can be tightened or loosened with a standard Allen key. As part of a modular tube clamp fitting system, it allows frameworks to be assembled quickly and efficiently while remaining easy to adapt, extend or reconfigure as requirements change.
