Create secure upright fixings on moderately sloping ground with our New Key Clamp Angled Oval Base 11–29°. Designed for 48.3mm galvanised tube, this robust angled key clamp base flange is ideal for modular handrail systems, guardrails and safety barriers where a greater adjustment than a standard base flange is required.
Manufactured from durable galvanised cast iron, this premium key clamp fitting is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing long-lasting corrosion resistance and dependable structural performance. The adjustable base accommodates installation angles between 11° and 29°, allowing upright posts to remain correctly positioned on steeper gradients.
Compatible with standard 48.3mm outside diameter tube, the fitting is secured using an integrated socket grub screw that is tightened with a standard Allen key. As part of a modular tube clamp system, it allows strong tubular structures to be assembled without welding, making it a practical solution for both permanent and adaptable installations.
Commonly used on access ramps, sloping walkways and uneven terrain, this 48.3mm angled key clamp base flange provides a secure base connection while maintaining the correct upright alignment on moderate gradients. Where the installation surface is level, we recommend using our 48.3mm Oval Base Flange instead.

Designed for use with 48.3mm outside diameter tube. Fixings are not included, allowing you to select the most appropriate fixing method for your installation surface. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure the chosen fixings and mounting surface are suitable for the intended application and load. The customer is also responsible for ensuring this fitting is used for its intended purpose and that all socket grub screws are correctly tightened before use.

We use trusted courier services and pallet networks for larger or heavier items. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order size, and weight. Please note: delivery excludes Highlands and Islands, and some postcode surcharges or exclusions may apply.
Order before 11am for same day dispatch on in-stock items (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Typical delivery is 1-3 working days from dispatch, depending on location and item type.
