Before installation, please ensure the wall and fixings are suitable for supporting the intended load. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure both the shelf brackets and shelf are capable of safely supporting the weight of the items being placed on them. For heavier loads or longer shelves, we recommend using additional brackets to provide extra support and improve stability. Please ensure your chosen shelf is suitable for use with concealed brackets and can be accurately drilled to accommodate the supports.
We now ship nationwide! Online orders are available for delivery throughout mainland UK or Click & Collect from our Exeter branch.
We use trusted courier services and pallet networks for larger or heavier items. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order size, and weight. Please note: delivery excludes Highlands and Islands, and some postcode surcharges or exclusions may apply.
Order before 11am for same day dispatch on in-stock items (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Typical delivery is 1-3 working days from dispatch, depending on location and item type.
