Our Heavy Duty Scaffold Shear Plate is a robust fixing solution designed to securely attach 48.3mm scaffold tube to concrete and structural surfaces. Complete with EN74 half drop forged fittings, this heavy-duty assembly is commonly used in scaffold restraint and tie systems where a strong and reliable fixing point is required.

Manufactured with a substantial 185mm x 185mm x 8mm steel plate, the design incorporates six 14mm fixing holes to maximise installation flexibility and accommodate a variety of fixing arrangements. Suitable for use with 12mm screw bolts, the shear plate provides a versatile and dependable solution for demanding construction, industrial, and temporary works applications.

Finished in hot-dip galvanising, this plate offers superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability, making it ideal for external use and harsh site environments.
