The Black Sureguard Brick Guard – Pallet of 120 is a robust, reusable plastic scaffold brick guard designed to provide secure coverage around the external edge of scaffolding. This product is supplied as a pallet of 120 brick guards. Manufactured from highly durable polypropylene, the Sureguard brick guard offers a practical alternative to traditional metal brick guards, with a flexible design that is quick to install, remove, stack and transport.

Designed and tested for demanding scaffold applications, the Sureguard has been wind tested at speeds of up to 78mph, with its patented nylon handrail hooks securely holding the brick guard in position. This helps reduce movement and dangerous flapping in windy conditions, providing reliable scaffold edge protection when properly installed.

The Sureguard features patented built-in double toe board restraint clips, which pass easily through the flexible mesh and allow individual brick guards to securely interlock. This makes it possible to create continuous coverage along the edge of scaffolding, including around corners and curves, while helping to minimise gaps between panels.

Unlike traditional brick guards with fixed handles that can become tangled or damaged, the Sureguard uses patented fold-flat nylon swivel hooks. These hooks are designed to prevent tangling during storage and transportation and can be replaced individually if damaged, helping to extend the working life of the brick guard.

The flexible construction also makes the Sureguard easy to stack flat, with the double toe board restraints helping to keep stacked guards securely together during transportation and storage. The result is a durable, reusable and easy-to-handle scaffold brick guard designed with everyday scaffold operations in mind.

The Sureguard is manufactured from fully recyclable plastic and has been compliance tested to EN12811-1:2003. Designed and produced in Somerset, UK, it is available in a range of colours, making it suitable for a variety of scaffolding projects.
